In order to give each client the care and personal attention they deserve, we ask that you help us by adhering to the following salon policies. To ensure that we can fully accommodate your needs, we ask that all appointments be booked in advance. If you must cancel or reschedule, please do so within 24 hours of your original appointment or you will be charged a fee. A missed appointment incurs the charge at full price.

Being 15 minutes late or more may result in not being accommodated. Your appointment might need rescheduled. Please call the salon to make us aware of the situation. It is greatly appreciated.
Prices for all salon and hair services vary depending on which member of our staff provides your services, length of hair, density of hair, and amount of product used in the service.
We are a team of experienced professionals and hope you will feel free to take advantage of the talents of more than one of our designers – whenever you feel the need for a fresh approach
Robes are provided to protect your clothing and are located in our changing area.
Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.

If you are unable to make you appointment, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment time. All no call / no shows will be billed 100% of your scheduled service cost before booking another appointment.
